If the PC wants to do that, I'm sure we can make that happen.
In the past the PC's responsibility ended with the publishing of the main program in December and the BOFs are a February thing, but if the PC would like to regroup in February to consider BOFs, that's probably a good solution.

No, I can't because we haven't figured it out yet. We've tried a different system every year at EclipseCon and every year the system has had flaws. So I don't know yet, sorry.
