All,

We have had a couple of questions about BOFs and when we add them to the submission system.  I have not created the BOFs type for a few of reasons. 
1) I want to have the main program complete
2) last year we seemed to have too many concurrent BOFs (thin attendance)
3) In an early con call there was interest in making BOFs more informal (adHoc)

My opinion is that we can open up BOFs in late January/February.  Does that sound reasonable?
