[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] 30 min talks?

Hi all,

I'm confused (a frequent state for me):
 I thought we said we'd not have 30 min as a talk category
on the submission site, but instead have some text there saying:
- if you think you only have enough
content for a 1/2 talk we can try to pair you up with someone else who
also only has 1/2 hour of material
- if you think you only have two hours
of tutorial we can ...etc.

However, the submission system is accepting
30 min talks.

 Yet the allocations spreadsheet
only shows short 10min and long 1hr slots:
