Hi Scott,
Next Monday is 10/27 and I will not be available.
However, I would be available on 10/29.
How would the group feel about dividing some point in
between, such as Monday 11/10?

I don't think that we will have enough activity to make that worthwhile. So I give three options: 1 - Re-Schedule meeting for Monday 10/29 at 9 central 2 - Defer meeting until 11/24 (next regularly scheduled meeting), use email for any issues that come up. 3 - Have meeting as scheduled but keep it short - Discuss Main Stage recruiting - Walk through submission system - General questions My vote is to go with 2, but if there is anyone who feels we need to meet earlier let me know.
