I assume the number of them we have is fairly unlimited? (I mean, within some printed page limit ... such as having 30 doesn't cost more than having 10?)

If that's true, then I'd suggest you separate out
Web Tools  (you could leave JEE with Java if you want ... but, I think in most peoples mind, that represents a different interest).

Also, if we are going to list "languages" (e.g. Java and C++) then just as well have some for
XML
_javascript_
TLK
Ruby
PHP


Also, I think combining AJAX and RIA is fine.

We are very likely going to have stickers that people can put on their badges to identify any special areas of interest they may have.
