I'm not sure how the "free" enrollments are calculated, but I assume the submitter is just assumed to be "the first author"?

In either case, can you, or can you direct me how, to change one of our webtools tutorials?
The submitters can change their submissions.

I'd like Lahiru Sandakith to be listed as "submitter" (first author) and Naci Dali's name removed.
All involved say the same thing in the comments, so I'm not cheating :)
but want to be sure the "two tickets" get distributed to Kathy and Lahiru, since they will actually
be doing the work/presentation.
Once the talk is accepted via the big button, the system automatically sends the "please fill out the speaker agreement" to all the authors. In your case, that includes Naci. *All* the authors need to sign in order for the discount codes to be distributed, thus Naci needs to sign (along with Kathy and Lahiru). Once all three have signed, they will be given two comp registration codes. Any of the three authors can use those two codes, so Kathy and Lahiru can use them and Naci can not use one. Easily done.

Once they have the codes in hand, then any of them can edit the talk to remove Naci from the speaker list. But wait until after they have the codes in hand.
