Hi folks,

 

Ok, here’s the final allocation spreadsheet.  No changes in long talks from the last email.  For tutorials, I fixed Boris’ only.  I’ve added short talk allocations. Here is how I arrived at the extra space.  Hopefully I haven’t made any  mistakes.  I’m starting to get dizzy in Excel.

 

Long Talks:  9 (hold over) + 6 + 6 + 4 = 25 slots – 2 slots (moved to short) = 23 long talk slots to allocate

Short Talks:  16 (hold over) + 2*5 = 26 short talks to allocate

Tutorials:  6 (hold over) + 4 = 10 tutorials to allocate

 

I want to leave a little room for late coming short talks, so I didn’t allocate all available short space.  I also didn’t take from your available balance of shorts unless you specifically said it was ok (Donald and John only). 

 

Accept your desired waitlist talks/tutorials NOW if you haven’t already.  Please respect your total allocation.
