Martin (everyone),
I think it will be much easier for Doug if we were more precise about the scheduling constraints. Saying just this isn't as much as help:

I would suggest to accept the second Debug tutorial. This one would have to
be scheduled before the advanced tutorial.
  

as saying something more precise like the order of talks we need is:

#124 "Foobar for Debugging"
#967 "Debugging for Interesting People"

Then Doug can take all these lists and make a schedule.
Anyway, just a thought,
