Now, I may have missed a memo on this, and if I have I apologize for  
asking
the epc to repeat itself, but how to we compute multiple discounts? For
example is it:

  basePrice - (sum of all discounts)%

or is it

  ((basePrice - discount[0]%) - discount[1] - ....)

or is it

  basePrice - (max of all discounts)%

?

Obviously budget issues are sensitive things for everyone and I've got
a number of requests for clarification.
