Hi folks,

 

Today’s meeting summary:

 

-          We’re ok with Philippe’s current list.  We will accept as is.

-          In order to give more coverage to others, we will likely not dip into Philippe’s waitlisted talks.

-          We didn’t see anything on the other reports that looked like a red flag.  In general, authors and companies were well-distributed.

-          Folks are within their allocations.

-          BIG BUTTON:  Tues, 10 am EST.

-          We’ll have a meeting next week to discuss additional allocations.  I’ll follow up with suggested times/days.

 

Finally, a big thanks to everyone for meeting their deadlines.  We’re at 88% program allocation, with enough waitlisted to cover all but the last few short talks.
