Bjorn,
On the acceptance email, I think that you may want to make the language
stronger about promotion. An awful lot of the talks are still in the
system as blobs of text with no formatting. You may want to highlight
that the focus of the detail should be on the attendee. Who should
attend, why should they be interested, and what will they take away.
It is always hard for developers to put on a sales hat, but this is one
place where they should take the time to sell their talks.
