Sure, happy to fix the problem, but "on the website" isn't clear
enough. Do you mean on the "http://www.eclipsecon.org/" website or the
"submission system" website or something else? And then "what is the
problem with the size of the picture" - too big? too small? scaled
incorrectly?
As for chasing pictures: we (the organizers) will remind the authors
that they are responsible for their own bios and pictures, but we are
not planning to do anything more. If you want your talks to all have
pictures, you'll have to chase them.
On the third point: you can enter a bug and if enough people agree with
you, we'll do that.

Could we fix the size of the pictures on the website (and convey the
size to the authors).
Some of my authors have no pictures yet, do I have to chase them or
will this be done centrally, or will they not show (it looks kind of
bad on the preview).
It would also be nice if the picture was shown next to the bio instead
of next to the abstract. However, that's a detail.
