Don,

Will you process this submission, or is there something I should do?

This is a Gold Sponsor Talk - this is my fault for telling them it would be
OK to change the track from "Sponsored" to DTP.

If anyone else gets these, please holler at me and I will try to make sure
it doesn't happen again.

Subject: [eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Question about handling
a late submission

Data Tools has a very late submission for a long talk:

http://eclipsezilla.eclipsecon.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4217

I'd like to check my understanding of the process before responding to this
submission:

1. We are well past the deadline for long talks (and even short talks)
2. All available slots (and more) are taken
3. Thus, my only choice is to decline the proposal
