In previous years, the program committee was too worn out by the time it came to doing posters, so I just did them myself. But... I'd be more than happy to have your help. On posters, my rule has been basically to take anything, as long as it was Eclipse related and not obviously just a commercial sales pitch. Commercial is ok, but it has to be interesting technically in addition to be commercial. But the bar is fairly low...
