Doug,

We hid the query page since it has some confusing issues due to the  
changes in the track/type structure in 2006 vs 2006.

You can get there with:

http://eclipsezilla.eclipsecon.org/query.cgi?format=advanced

I would just select:

Conference : 2006
Status: RESOLVED
Resolution: DECLINED

And that should get you the full list, or tweak the search at will.
