This is good.  One thing that might
be interesting is to take a few of the long tutorials that were truncated
to short and give them two short slots.  The character of the individual
tutorials would still be short (i.e., no hands on exercises etc) but they
the proposers of the long tutorials would have the option of splitting
beginner/advanced etc.

I can think of three cases where this
would apply.
Fundamentals

plugins

currently pending.  they can likely usefully fill however much time
they have

OSGi

currently pending.  There is quite a bit of content here.  Hands
on would be fun but two shorts would be useful as well IMHO

accepted as a short but orignally proposed as long.  They too have
lots of material that would be easily partitioned

In any even, I would like to use at
least single slots for the Fundamentals and OSGi tutorials

EclipseCon PC,
Rich and I decided to switch to 4 short tutorials per day on Monday instead
of 3. I have updated the program
committee page and Rich will tell us all how
we're going to handle the new influx of slots. Rich may choose to rearrange
the rooms to have more longs, more shorts, or whatever.
