[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Potential for more tutorials

PC members,
Rich and I are thinking about extending the tutorial day and thus having 
more slots for tutorials. Please stand by on rejections until we can 
decide whether this is a good idea or not (operationally; it's obviously 
a good idea content-wise). We'll make a definite decision tomorrow.

I went ahead and accepted the Technology/Scripting tutorials because 
we'll have them no matter what, but if we have more slots some of the 
borderline declines might become accepts.
