Short tutorial submission 3634, "Extending XML and Source Editors...",
is
currently categorized under WTP, but could also be considered under
"Fundamentals" since reflects core source editor extensibility in
Eclipse.

We are out of short tutorial slots in WTP, so I thought I'd suggest this
in
case there's an opportunity to include this worthwhile presentation in
another category. If so, Nitin (cc'ed) can update the track.
