[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Request for track change, #269 Best Practices for Developing Eclipse RCP Applications 
I'd like this panel:

   (Best Practices for Developing Eclipse RCP Applications)

to be moved to the Developer track please. It's currently in the User track according to Eclipsezilla. Since it involves developing plug-ins and RCP applications using Eclipse code it definitely sounds like the Developer track would be more appropriate.
