This was going to be a 'lightning demo' of creating and deploying a plug-in both in Eclipse and as a stand-alone application. I asked him if the demo could really be done in 9 minutes and he said:

> take this same approach.

So what do you all want to do: find somebody else to give the demo, or replace it with a different talk?
