Are these supposed to be Accepted or Declined? The reason I ask is I got email from Joe Winchester asking about the status. His travel plans are dependent on whether or not that talk is accepted and he's been left hanging for a while.

 

 

My guess is that because they were in eclipsezilla as REOP instead of NEW most people missed them.

 

21, 89, and 392 look like good talks and have PC votes. I'm not sure about 218.
