I have some questions about short talks:

1. How many short-talk blocks are there exactly?

2. When are they scheduled and how do they overlap?

3. How many short talks go in a block?

4. Will there be a moderator/introducer/etc. needed for these blocks (if not, how will presenters know which order they should put themselves in)?
