RE: [eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] ACTION REQUIRED:Finalvote for long talks needed today

Correction: the first runner up, 305/187, is also a winner. We actually accepted this on an earlier call (see attached minutes) but because of the merge issue it went unrecorded. (187 is being merged into 305, so 305 is the accepted talk.)

I’ve now marked all four of these accepted, bringing us to 58 (2 shy of the 60 slots, with the remaining 2 positions reserved for Mike’s use).

And the winners are…

77 (10 votes)

330 (9 votes)

118 (7 votes)

See below for the complete voting record. This ends our long program selection process.

We are still scheduled for a call this Friday, usual time – having done our homework and read through the short talk submissions, we will begin organizing them into buckets.

Finally, please take a look at the proposed schedule Bjorn has put together:

and let us know if you spot any topic collisions. Thanks, everyone, for your responsiveness on the vote today and your attention to finishing the long talk portion of the program.

This is the final vote for long talk acceptances; we’ll conduct it by email to ensure that everyone on the PC can participate in the process (not everyone could make the call today).

Voting Procedure: 3 votes per program committee member, no write-ins (nominations are now closed). Please reply to this email with your 3 picks; do not use the EclipseZilla flags, as they indicate interest rather than final round voting.
