Another option for the short talks is to have one room be short talks for all three days: that is 15 slots (5 per day, 3 days). Rather than having all the short talks one day and giving that day sort of a "second tier status". Comments?

15 slots are reserved for short talks (75 total) [requires a full Thursday]
