[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Draft/suggested layout for program so far

I placed the talks on a grid as a draft. I tried to prevent obvious
overlaps, but if anyone has any advice/comments/suggestion (even if it's
just "hey, those two shouldn't overlap" or "those two are out of
order"), let me know and I'll adjust. Thanks.

There are 30 slots scheduled, 45 slots left. If 15 are used for short
talks (75 short talks - is that what you all decided? or was it 60?),
then there 30 left to schedule long talks and panels into.
Questions: given that we have Tod Nielsen (bus track keynote) on
Thursday, should we have the whole business track on Thursday instead of
Tuesday?
