Have you ever seen 5 minute lightning talks? They work get well actually.
But... many people who haven't seen 5 minute talks don't think they will work,
hence my initial idea of 10 minute short talks...
FWIW, I think 5 minutes is too short for a
short talk. 5 minutes is realistically 2 slides.
