I like that idea as well, and we certainly have some internal collateral
from the decision that could be sanitized and used as slides for such a
presentation.

Great list! A while ago I approached Shane 
Pearson (VP at BEA) about talking about how a 
company goes about making the strategic business 
decision to adopt eclipse. I could rekindle that 
conversation if you think it would be interesting 
and I'd be happy to help recruit other speakers.
