agreement), get abstracts out of speakers to use in website and print marketing

for proactive slotting decisions; Ian then to fill
AI: [Tim/Bjorn]: Get final number on
tutorial slot availability in venue (factoring in commercial uses and any other
“reservations” from Mike or others)
AI: [All]: Correct tracking mistakes and
make initial cut of any abstracts that are unacceptable on quality, commercial
content, overlap, or other grounds
Next week’s agenda will be to make
progress on the tutorial program, including a review of any “holes”
that remain to be filled.
