Paul (and everyone),
The policy for program committee members is the same as for other contributors: assuming the committee member has contributed significantly to the conference and has not just had the title "PC" without doing much, then we can provide comp registrations for the committee member.

It's a bit draconian, I know, but the whole EclipseCon pricing model is based on three things:

• Everyone pays a low fee
  
• Members pays a little less
• If someone has put in (sufficient) time and effort to help the conference, then time replaces money.

There are other conference funding models (such as: a few people pay a lot and VIPs pay nothing, ...) but we have chosen this one.

So... how's the content and tutorial recruiting going? ;-)
