[eclipse.org-committers] Service downtime for www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages 
Hi Everyone,

 I need to do some maintenance on the database server that backs 
www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages  which requires I stop the SQL
process.  I plan to do this work tomorrow Saturday October 29th starting
at 8pm EDT and I expect the site will be unavailable for about 20 minutes. 

Normal www.eclipse.org service should continue without issue while this
work is preformed, with only requests to the downloads/packages URLs
returning 404.
