[eclipse.org-committers] Eclipse Wiki is locked down

Greetings,

We are currently being attacked by a Wiki SPAM bot. Hundreds of SPAM
pages are being created and dozens of pages are being edited to contain
SPAM.

Some(one/thing) is creating an Eclipse account (and successfully
answering the captcha), logging into the Wiki and posting garbage. As it
comes for multiple IPs, the only reasonable course of action is a lock down.

Apologies for the inconvenience -- we'll get everything cleaned up and
reopened as soon as we can.
