Declaration for the Model Execution Framework (MXF) Project

MXF (http://www.eclipse.org/proposals/mxf/) is a proposed open source project under the Eclipse Modeling Framework Technology (EMFT) project. The main aim of MXF is to provide a framework for development, execution and debugging of models with operational semantics.
