Eclipse is very careful about IP rules and licenses - more careful than many other organizations. The Foundation's lawyers have determined that this separation of installations is necessary. For further questions on this topic, please contact license@xxxxxxxxxxx.
 
The problem is that the Eclipse contribution is layered on a non-Eclipse
product. Why isn't it in Orbit?
