Re: [eclipse.org-committers] Infrastructure update

Why use source control after all? Let's get back to the good ol' days of file system directories labelled with the current date. After all, using source control makes life so predictable and boring!

Actually, most of the Platform SDK has already migrated to Subversion.  It seemed like it would be more efficient to do this as a small demonstration project, in private, and then announce it to the community.

I assume that this is an April fool's joke. You can't simply expect us to migrate entire projects to subversion in less than a week.
