[eclipse.org-committers] Provisioning work starts in earnest

As you may be aware, there have been
various provisioning efforts starting at Eclipse over the past weeks and
months.  If you are at all interested in provisioning (using or contributing),
you should be aware of what's happening.  I summarized some of the
details and starting points in a recent blog post to help people get in
the pool.
