| Re: [eclipse.org-architecture-council] Apologies, and resignation |
| Thank you Martin for what you've done for the Eclipse community and the AC in particular.
Best wishes for your new missions.
 Cheers,

 Dear AC,
I need to apologize for not making the call last Thursday; big thanks to Denis for running it, and taking notes!
As some of you know, I've changed jobs in summer, and over time it's become increasingly difficult to juggle responsibilities - down to a point where I feel like I can't properly fill my duties as the AC chair any more.
I've been extremely honored to be the AC's notestaker since the E4 discussions around May 2008 , and being offered the position of chair slightly later. But given how things are I think it is time to step  down and make room for somebody who is more actively involved.
I'd still like to stay on board as a committer and AC member, and I'll try to run the December call; but moving forward, I'll work with the Foundation to find a successor.
Thanks, Martin_______________________________________________eclipse.org -architecture-council mailing listeclipse.org-architecture-council@xxxxxxxxxxx https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/eclipse.org-architecture-council IMPORTANT: Membership in this list is generated by processes internal to the Eclipse Foundation.  To be permanently removed from this list, you must contact emo@xxxxxxxxxxx to request removal.
