Hi Anne (CC AC),
The suggestion is doing the same as last year: A PC meeting on Sunday 3-4, followed by an all-councils (StAC) meeting from 4- (how long we take).
For the AC, we suggest doing a breakfast meeting again on Monday morning like we did last year. AC members please speak up if you think that's a bad idea.
