RE: [eclipse.org-architecture-council] Second half-day raw minutes

We had as well the Rich's architecture picuture - which was wery good -
we almost agreed upon the process to finalize that into our agreed
architecture reference picture - before we lost our enthusiasm to that
as well.
I think it would be fair to say some words about why we loose "our
enthusiasm" so easily when we are almost ready to agree upon a joint
reference model. During the meeting we heard an explanation that
reference architecture picture is less usefull - it is the code
architecture that matters. I think it would be fair to mention this in
the minutes if this is the case.
