A committer election for Olivier Prouvost on project Eclipse Plugin
Development Environment (PDE) (eclipse.pde) was started by Lars Vogel with
this criteria:

We are currently migrating the e4 spies to PDE. Olivier did most of the work
in them, therefore we should become committer. Here is this list of commits
