Re: [eclipse-pmc] [eclipse-dev] Request assistance for Eclipse JDT Language Server

The PMI assumes that the mailing list specified in the "dev list" field for a top level project is the "PMC list" (we got lazy when we implemented the PMI and decided not to add a special field for the PMC list). So the PMI decided that the "eclipse-dev" list which had been specified in that field was the PMC list.

Anyway, I've tweaked the PMI content for the Eclipse Project so that it will identify eclipse-pmc as the PMC list and put eclipse-dev in the list of "other" communication channels.

CC'ing eclipse-pmc as well.

eclipse-pmc definitely seemed like the logical choice, but when I
clicked "Send email to the PMC..." from the project committer tools it
filled out eclipse-dev.
