[eclipse-pmc] Reducing the number of migration guides in latest release

Dear PMC,
Currently we ship all migration guides we ever had in our latest
release. Is this really necessary?
Alex made the suggestion to only ship the migration guides of the last
3 years in the latest release. A clear +1 from me.
