Getting a head start on this makes sense. Agree that we shouldn't be looking at supporting this for 4.17, but should include it once it's ready subsequently.

Connection to Linux AArch64 machine has been provided recently [1] and is attached to Releng JIPP.
Is it OK with the PMC to provide Linux AArch64 builds in the 4.17 release. My goal is to have SWT builds initially and add other native parts (launcher, network, security...) as possible.
No plans to have AArch64 being considered supported platform for 4.17 but products will be published if launcher changes are ready in time.
Let me know what you think.
