We don't propagate release records down to the subprojects. I don't recall why there are release records on those subprojects at all.

If they're distracting we can remove them.

Note that with Bug 454939 resolved, release records will be propagated down. But we have no current plans to address that bug.

The quick fix is to put the semantic version first in the release name (e.g. "4.9 (2018-09)"). FWIW, there is no requirement to include the simrel identity in the release name (simrel association is generated automatically on the Release page).

The review itself will be tracked by a bug report which Wayne will create (see bug 535136:for the one used for 4.8).

NOTE: As mentioned, I will be away starting tomorrow. Alex, please take care of any issues raised here, in the CQ or on the bug. Also, you might want to update the first URL in the 'End of Life' section with the one from RC1 Thanks!
