Hi, After discussion with Alex we are able to confirm the issue is from Tycho (Bug 387701 - Don't generate dependency to a.jre.javase/x.y.z (currently 9.0.0) from products published by Tycho). I have made necessary changes in the repository manually for RC2. But this is a temporary fix. We need to get better fix from tycho by RC3. The commit log is attached. I don’t see any problematic commit here. Another change I noticed is Tycho change. There are 2 snapshot versions released during that period.
