Re: [eclipse-pmc] Requirements for Bugzilla entries for clean-up patches?

Thanks Dani, Thomas and Alex for your feedback.

So we all agree that we creating a bug for cleanups will become
optional. Of course if anyone desire (like Tom) it is still possible
to create a bug report.

I wait a bit to see if MQ has a different opinion and if not update
the wiki and notify our Eclipse team via the email channel.
