This appears to be a problem in Tycho's ECJ extension. A similar problem was fixed via bug 522279.
Not sure if this is same and that we don't have the correct tycho (I do see 1.1.0 in the log, though) or if this is a different one. I have requested Jan Sievers to look into this on that bug. Meanwhile, we will try an older compiler to check whether this bug (526545) has anything to do with it.
