this is a good question. I had a similar
one in mind for one of the last requests, when one +1 came in and on the
same (or maybe next) day, the change was already submitted.
We need to define a duration for the
vote. The requester has to wait for the final result, and If no -1 comes
in, then the vote is considered successful. I would suggest 7 days, however,
during the RCs we will have to act faster than that.
