Dear PMC members, 

Noopur Gupta has been nominated as co-lead for the Eclipse JDT UI sub-project, see https://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/jdt-ui-dev/msg01506.htmlfor details. She will co-lead JDT UI together with Markus, who currently leads it by himself. Since there were no objections from the JDT UI committers I ask you to approve this change.
