Can the opposite be done?  Similar
to how gerrit will put a review link in the bug report when a new one is
submitted.  Can hook in gerrit add a review flag to bugzilla once
someone has reviewed the gerrit record?

FYI - Quering Gerrit is not trivial IIRC, I have some
expeeimental code somewhere which I could search, if that is needed.

Even if it's a real-world use case, it's possible that we could still address it using gerrit. I know that gerrit supports search queries and I *think* you can do them in a way that spans repositories.

Ok. It seems like this is an inter-component request about fixed issues which had a declined contribution, right?
Do you happen to use it often, and/or does someone else use such requests often? (trying to find whether this is pragmatically useful or just a too imaginary use-case).
