Dear PMC 

As discussed in our call yesterday, I ask you to publicly vote for removing the requirement to update the copyright notice for each contribution for our Eclipse project (see Eclipse Foundation approval). 
We will still allow contributors to add their credentials, and we will keep existing entries.
